Although YouTube allow you, to browse video without login into your account. But when it comes to video flagged with adult content, you are required to login to your account to make sure you are 18+
Well you don't have to take the risk of login to your account,

add nsfw (not suitable for work) between "www." and "YouTube" and remove the https part from url

You can press any number (between 0 to 9) on your keyboard and it will take you to that % length of the video. So if the video you are watching is 10 min long, by pressing "2" your video will start from 2 minutes. Similarly if you press 5 it will start video from 50% of its duration ie. 5 min.
